We provide all of the standard services a shipper would expect of their freight forwarder, plus providing a host of value added services including exchanging English instruction manuals for Spanish or Portuguese, bonded warehousing, product tracking at the serial number level, relabeling, discreet packaging D-containers.
The value of these items means that transshipment cargo is arriving by air from places like Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China at major US gateways where we may perform services such as removing original vendor labels and taking pictures and video every step of the way. If a country has unique destination requirements, we bring the product into compliance, such as removing power cables for Argentina because they are prohibited entry with their product.
Finally, we can combine US-origin products with these imports into a buyer’s consolidation by air utilizing one of our weekly air freight consolidations.
